For now, though, I thought I’d make do with giving away a few other favourites of mine to one lucky winner. ***GIVEAWAY RULES UNDER THE CUT***
As I mentioned in a previous post, this blog recently reached quite a big milestone – for me, at least. In comparison to other, much bigger blogs, 3000+ followers might not seem like a lot, but I never in a million, billion, trillion years imagined that so many people would be interested in reading about my life and the things I get excited about.
Honestly, blogging has brought me a whole lot of joy – in addition to a whole lot of sleep deprivation. I know some of you have stuck with me since the very beginning, when I first started this blog in April of 2012. I’ll never be able to express just how much that means to me.
Okay, I’m a big sap. I admit it. To say a big THANK YOU for following, whether you’ve been here awhile or have just arrived, I’m hosting my very first blog giveaway! I wish I could send each and every one of you a gift, but alas, I am not Oprah.
To enter, all you have to do is:

- A copy of one of my all-time favourite novels: Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen, in the cutest edition I could find
- A copy of Jane Eyre, by Charlotte Brontë, another story that is very near and dear to my heart
- A small Kate Spade gold dot notepad, for staying chic while jotting down your brilliant ideas (and inevitably, some not-so-brilliant ones)
- An EOS lip balm in strawberry sorbet, a necessity for keeping your lips hydrated while you give someone a lecture on feminism
- A MAC lipstick in “Russian Red” – a shade that flatters absolutely everyone no matter their skin tone, and a personal favourite of mine, especially on days I want to feel ferocious

This giveaway is open internationally and will run for a month, so on September 1st I will randomly select one of the commenters as the winner. (If you’re under 18, please have your parents’ permission to enter, because I will need your address to mail everything to you.)
