Holiday Hosting: Charcuterie Cheese Board
If you’re looking for a simple way to impress your guests this holiday season (or anytime, really), the charcuterie cheese board is where it’s at. Cocktail Hour: Berry Cream Soda Recipe
This berry cream soda cocktail might be my new favourite drink. It all started when I discovered Galliano Vanilla Liqueur back in December. While the basic G+T never goes out of style, sometimes it doesn’t hurt to dress it up a little, and give the classic cocktail a modern update. Enter my Dillon’s Rose Gin and Tonic recipe – a delicious, slightly sweet concoction created to delight all of your senses. (more…)
Halloween Cocktail Party
Last Saturday night, I hosted a little Halloween cocktail party at my apartment for a few close friends. Halloween, both for kids and adults, is half about the junk food, and half about dressing up – so I had to make sure both elements were present at my party. (more…)
Brunch in the Afternoon
A little while ago, I hosted brunch at my apartment for a few of my closest friends. The great thing about hosting is that you get to set the rules of the game. In this case, it meant that for one day, everyone had to operate on Sara time.
That meant brunch – in the late afternoon. (more…)
