Workout Mix.

Apart from good shoes, workout clothes, and water, having the right music is one of the most essential ingredients for a good workout.

My full workout playlist is almost 7 hours and 115 songs long, but I thought I’d share the selection my iPod decided to play for me during today’s workout.
