Healthy Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Sandwich Recipe

Recipe time! These are 2 healthy sandwich recipes I’ve invented and absolutely adore. They’re fast and simple to make, and get me really excited about what I’m about to eat. They make a satisfying lunch or dinner!

Healthy Avocado Hummus Sandwich Recipe

Smoked Salmon Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • organic Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain & Seed bread, toasted
  • hummus
  • mixed baby greens (or greens of your choice)
  • tomato slices
  • smoked salmon
  • organic cucumber slices
  • red onion
  • seasoning to taste (I like sea salt, black pepper, and lime juice)

Vegan Hummus & Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • organic Ezekiel Sprouted Whole Grain & Seed bread, toasted
  • hummus
  • organic mixed baby greens
  • tomato slices
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • seasoning to taste (I like sea salt, black pepper, and lime juice)
