Fancy Paper Straws
The lovely Kristi from the Etsy shop PartyDelights sent me some of her beautiful paper straws to review for you guys.
She sells a wide variety of colored sets, so if you’re looking to buy these for a themed birthday party, she has sets like Cinderella (light blue, light pink, and medium blue) and Tangled (hot pink, yellow, and purple).
She was kind enough to let me mix and match my own set, so I chose these three colors: “it pink” (the lighter pink), “mint”, and “raspberry pink”.
They arrived neatly packaged in clear plastic, with a little business card enclosed inside. For only $8 you get 50 gorgeous straws! Each one is 7 and 3/4” long, and they’re biodegradable and eco-friendly, since they’re made of paper instead of plastic.
Though made of paper, they’re strong and durable – I’ve used them in water and in smoothies, and have had no issues with them whatsoever. They hold up great!
I think striped paper straws are such a fun, retro way to jazz up any drink. And even if it’s just you who’ll get to see and enjoy them – you’ll feel extra fancy.
